For now we aren't likely to be interested in a New Alliance. Generally all these do is reduce the list of potential targets for Plunders. We may consider Alliance with sufficiently strong alliances who are otherwise on good terms with our Alliance member. As before, our first loyalty as an League is to our Alliance.
