KamikazeLords Rules of Engagement

Introduction/Disclaimer

Please be aware that an attack on a particular city by a league member is not
necessarily an attack sanctioned by the KamikazeLords. If a league war
is desired, a declaration of war will be forthcoming.

Acceptable Targets

Any non-allied or neutral city is an acceptable target. That being said, we
do not encourage our members to attack active players; however, we do
not deny them the right to protect nearby resources and acquire
additional resources provided they accept the consequences of their
actions. Consideration and good judgment should be used when attacking
active players; especially those in leagues, as your actions may lead
to war and affect your league mates. Obtaining advice from one of your
officer/your Legion leader prior to initiating attacks on active players is highly
encouraged.

Exclusions

Active members of allies and neutral leagues shall not be targeted unless you are responding to an
attack on your city or oasis. In this instance, you should immediately
inform a council member via league chat and/or in game message
indicating the details. In addition, a message should be sent to the
offending member you are attacking and to their leader indicating thus:
“I am attacking _____ in response to an attack on my city and/or
resources. Please contact a KamikazeLords’ council member (preferably
diplomat) should you desire further resolution to this matter.”

Consequences

If a member of KamikazeLords attacks an active player, the active player
and/or their league/alliance members are free to deal with the
offending member without fear of KamikazeLords military involvement,
provided KamikaziLords’ officers determine that the retaliation was
“reasonable and necessary”. If the retaliation is determined to exceed
what is deemed “reasonable and necessary”, KamikazeLords reserves the
right to deliver retribution as they see fit.

Criteria of Reasonable and Necessary will talked by our officers and
we have right to determine when enough is enough.
